2. Order Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance by Oryshea Organics, and Oryshea Organics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time prior to shipment, including, without limitation, errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing information, or availability information.

All payments for products must be made through the Site using a valid credit or debit card. Oryshea Organics uses third-party payment processing services and is not responsible for any errors or issues that may arise during the payment process.


Shipping of products will be made through third-party shipping carriers. Oryshea Organics is not responsible for any errors or issues that may arise during the shipping process. However, we will do everything we can to resolve any shipping issue that may arise from the shipping provider on behalf of our customers.

4. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are subject to Oryshea Organics' return and refund policies, which may be found on the Site. Oryshea Organics reserves the right to modify its return and refund policies at any time and without notice.

You waive any objection to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
